These four case studies are results from our HVAC work. Each names a real heating or cooling company and links to its live website, so you can check it yourself. We do not have published results for plumbing, cleaning or renovation clients, and we will not pretend otherwise. What the cases do show is how a steady, done-for-you routine performs over time, and that routine is what we run for trades near Burquitlam and Lougheed.

HVACDeal.ca: 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI
HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads with a 12:1 return on investment. In plain terms, every dollar put into the marketing returned about twelve.
What it shows: paid and organic channels, measured strictly against revenue, can produce a high return when spending stays tied to results.
What transfers: the discipline of measuring cost per won job, not cost per click. For a cleaner or electrician working towers, the same habit decides when to raise an ad ceiling and when to hold it. It is the backbone of our lead tracking and quote follow-up service.
BCWide.ca: 3× leads in 90 days
BCWide.ca tripled its leads within 90 days.
What it shows: a fast fix to the basics, especially profile, tracking and search ads, can change the number of enquiries within one quarter.
What transfers: the 90-day rhythm. We plan every new client's first quarter in the same way: set up, launch carefully, then adjust on evidence. The marketing desk follows this timeline.
CanroHeat.ca: 250% lead growth
CanroHeat.ca grew its leads by 250%.
What it shows: consistent, combined work across the website, local search and reviews compounds. No single tactic produced the growth; the routine did.
What transfers: the idea that small weekly actions beat occasional big pushes. That is the case for done-for-you service in the first place, and why we schedule review requests and repeat-work reminders rather than leaving them to memory.
GasBoilers.ca: a new division with strong local proof
GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Its service area spans 26+ BC communities, and it holds 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
What it shows: a new brand can build credible local proof across many communities when reviews and service-area pages are handled steadily from launch.
What transfers: for a new trade company around Lougheed, this is the model. Start reviews and project pages from the first job, not after the first year. Our job proof publishing service exists for exactly that.
What does not transfer
Being honest about limits matters as much as the numbers.
- Job size. Heating jobs are often worth more than a single suite clean or lock change. Lower-value trades need lower costs per lead to make the same sums work.
- Seasonality. Heating demand peaks in cold weather. In-suite trades near Burquitlam follow move-in dates, tenancy changes and strata calendars instead.
- Buyer. Many HVAC customers own detached homes. Many of yours rent or own strata suites, and some decisions involve a property manager or council.
So we treat these results as evidence of the method, not as a forecast. The worked examples on the pricing page show how to test the numbers for your own trade.
Reading case studies with a sceptical eye
Any agency's case studies deserve scrutiny, ours included. Ask three questions of each one. Is the client named and the website live, so you can look for yourself? Is the result measured in leads or revenue, rather than impressions? And does the timeframe sound believable for the work described? Ours name the client and link the site; the rest is for you to judge.
How we will report your results
Your results will be measured the same way these were: calls, texts, quotes and won jobs, traced to their source. Each month you get one page. If a channel is not producing won jobs, we cut it or change it. More cases are on the HVAC.Agency case studies page. To talk about your own numbers, visit the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have case studies from non-HVAC trades?
Our published, verified case studies are HVAC results, and we present them that way. We will not borrow those numbers for other trades. What we can show you is how the same method applies to your business.
Can you promise similar results for my business?
No. Results depend on your trade, prices, reviews, capacity and competition. Anyone promising a number of leads before seeing your business is guessing.
Where can I see more case studies?
The full set is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page, with links to each client's live website so you can look for yourself.
