You can reach Burquitlam.Company three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. We answer Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There are no forms to fill in. Send a message the way you would to a supplier, and a senior strategist will get back to you.

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

We talk it through
A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.
What to include in your first message
A few details make the first conversation far more useful. You do not need all of them, but the more you send, the more specific our answer can be.
- Your trade and business name, and roughly how long you have been operating.
- Crew size, including yourself.
- Where your jobs are: which buildings, streets or neighbourhoods, such as around Burquitlam station, Lougheed Town Centre, Austin Heights or further out.
- The work you want more of, and the work you would rather stop taking.
- What you have now: website address, Google profile, any ads running.
- Your main headache: missed calls, few reviews, nobody finding you, or no time at all.
Here is a template you can copy into a text or email:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do [Type of work] mostly in [Area or building type], with a crew of [Number]. Our website is [Website or "none yet"]. The main problem is [Problem]. Good times to call are [Days and times].
What happens next
Once we have your message, the process is short and has no pressure built in.
- We reply, usually within one business day, to confirm a time for a call.
- The free consultation of up to 30 minutes, for eligible trades businesses, looks at your current marketing, your goals and the break-even sum from our pricing page.
- A written proposal follows if it makes sense: which services, which plan, the ad ceiling, what you own and what happens each week.
- You decide. If you sign, setup begins and the routine described on the marketing desk page starts within the first month.
If we do not think we can help, we will say so on the call and, where we can, suggest what to try instead.
How we work with you after that
We do not have a local office. Consultations happen by video call or in person, and that suits most trades: check-ins fit between jobs, and your crew sends job photos by text.
Expect one short monthly check-in and the occasional quick question about a service, a price or a photo. The same Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific hours apply. We usually reply within one business day, check-ins included.
Before you get in touch
A little homework makes the call more useful, even if you never hire us.
- Search your own trade plus "Burquitlam" on your phone, and note who appears and how recent their reviews and photos look.
- Check that you can log in to your Google Business Profile and your domain account.
- Count last month's calls, quotes and won jobs, even roughly.
Those three facts tell us where you stand. Our guide on what to hand over when you outsource marketing gives a fuller list, and the FAQ answers the common questions about contracts and ownership.
A reminder about what we do
Burquitlam.Company markets and advises trades and service businesses. We are not a contractor, and we do not install, repair, renovate, clean or service anything. If you are a resident looking for help with your suite or building, we cannot send anyone, but the businesses we work with may well be the ones you find when you search.
If you are a trade owner and not sure whether you are a fit, send the message anyway. A two-line text with your trade and area is enough to start, and we will ask for anything else we need.
Frequently asked questions
What is the fastest way to reach you?
A text or call to (604) 632-4959 during Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Email to Ali@Sedighi.ca works just as well for longer messages. We usually reply within one business day.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. For eligible trades businesses, the first 30 minutes cost nothing and sit outside any paid plan. There is no obligation to sign anything.
Can a resident or strata council contact you to hire a trade?
We are a marketing company, not a contractor, so we cannot take on trade work or dispatch crews. We are happy to explain that if you reach us by mistake.
Will you call me back if I text?
If you would like a call, say so in your text and give a good time. Otherwise we reply the same way you contacted us.
