The plans

Three plan levels cover most trades businesses around Burquitlam and Lougheed.

Plan Month-to-month Billed annually In short
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core routine for a trade that already has steady work
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month More channels at once; Trades.Agency website design packages at 50% off
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Its own marketing team, priority support, and any website package designed and built free

There is no long-term contract: stopping takes 30 days' notice, and the lower prices shown reward a yearly commitment. Eligible trades businesses can also book a free 30-minute initial consultation, separate from the paid plans.

Which of our five services each plan level includes, and in what depth, is set out in your written proposal. The services overview describes each one.

What drives the cost

Cost follows the amount of ongoing work, not the size of your logo. The main drivers are:

  • Number of services. A profile-and-ads routine needs less time than the full marketing desk.
  • Publishing volume. Eight project pages a month takes more writing and checking than two.
  • Channels. Search ads alone are simpler than search plus other platforms.
  • Languages. Translated pages and templates, checked by fluent speakers, add work.
  • Starting point. Messy accounts, duplicate listings or an old site that must be rebuilt take setup time.

Your ad spend is the other big number, and it is entirely in your control.

A simple test: will a plan pay for itself?

Before choosing a plan, do this sum with your own figures.

  1. Take your average job value. Say $800.
  2. Multiply by your gross margin after labour and materials. At 40%, each job leaves $320.
  3. Add monthly plan cost plus ad ceiling. Growth at $1,999, plus GST of about $100, plus a $1,000 ad ceiling, totals roughly $3,100.
  4. Divide: $3,100 ÷ $320 ≈ 10 extra jobs a month to break even.

If your crew cannot take ten more jobs a month, or your marketing is unlikely to produce them, Growth on month-to-month is too much for now. Annual billing at $1,499 and a smaller ad ceiling bring the break-even down to around six or seven extra jobs. Higher-value work changes the picture fast: at a $3,000 average renovation job and the same margin, two or three extra jobs cover the same cost.

We run this sum with you on the first call. If it does not work, we will say so.

How to choose a plan

Pick the smallest plan that removes the work you most want gone.

  • Growth fits an established owner-operator or small crew who needs the core routine: profile, reviews, tracking and steady website upkeep.
  • Elite fits a business ready to run several channels at once, or one that needs a new website and wants the design discount.
  • Enterprise fits a larger company with several crews, several areas and enough work to justify a dedicated team, including a website build.

If you are not sure, start smaller. Moving up is easy; plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

What is not in the price

To be clear about the boundaries:

  • Ad spend goes to the platforms directly.
  • Trade work is never part of what we sell. We are a marketing service, not a contractor.
  • Anything unusual, such as printed materials or a large translation project, is quoted in writing first.

Frequently asked questions

Is ad spend included in the plan price?

No. Ad spend is paid to Google or other platforms directly and sits on top of the plan fee. You set a monthly ceiling, and we keep spending under it.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You are on month-to-month terms, and 30 days' notice ends the plan. Annual billing gives a lower monthly price in exchange for the longer commitment.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes. Eligible trades businesses can have a free 30-minute initial consultation, separate from any paid plan. It reviews your current marketing and goals.

Do you add GST?

Clients in Burnaby and Coquitlam add 5% GST to the prices shown. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Are there other fees?

Anything beyond the plan fee and your ad spend, such as a website build, is written into your proposal before you agree to it.
