Burquitlam.Company is a done-for-you marketing service for trades and service businesses working around Burquitlam and Lougheed. We run the website, Google profile, reviews, tracking and ads for owners who would rather be on the job. We are part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the service is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
What the company is, and is not
We are a marketing and business consulting service. We are not a contractor, and we never install, repair, renovate, clean or service anything.
That line matters in a neighbourhood full of construction. Residents searching for help with a suite, a strata building or a renovation will never be able to hire us for the work itself. Our customers are the businesses doing that work: electricians, plumbers, painters, flooring crews, cleaners, movers, locksmiths, handypeople and small renovators. We help them get found, chosen and called back.
Burquitlam.Company belongs to the Trades.Agency family. Sedighi.ca, Ali's consulting company for growth, marketing and technology, sits above that family; its other brands include HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. Its sister firm SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) advises Canadian companies on strategy, AI and revenue acceleration, with Ali as Founder & Managing Partner.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi holds an MBA in Technology Management and has more than 17 years of marketing experience. His first company, the digital marketing agency ONE.ir, opened its doors in 2007. He now lives and works in Vancouver.
Since then he has founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, as well as SAZ.ca. His clients have included businesses in Canada, the USA and Dubai. In the trades, his deepest work is in heating and cooling: he has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca and BCWide.ca.
That HVAC background is why we present our case studies as results from our HVAC work. The methods transfer well to other trades; the numbers belong to the heating companies that earned them. The results page explains which parts carry over.
Why a done-for-you company for this area
Most small trades do not have a marketing problem. They have a time problem. The owner knows the profile needs posts, the website needs updating and the quotes need following up, but the jobs come first, every day.
Around Burquitlam and Lougheed the cost of that gap is higher than average. New buildings bring in households who have never heard of you, and they choose fast, from a phone, on whatever looks current. A business that markets only when it is quiet keeps missing the busiest moments.
So we built the service around one idea: the marketing happens every week whether or not you have time that week. Your crew texts us photos; we publish. A job finishes; the review request goes out. A call is missed; a text reply goes back. You read one page a month and tell us what to change. The marketing desk describes the full routine.
How we work
The working rules are simple, and they are the same for every client.
- Easy to reach. Consultations happen by video call or in person, and day-to-day work by phone, text and email, which keeps your time and our cost down.
- Your accounts, your name. Domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts are set up in your name or moved there. Our handover checklist shows what to check.
- A ceiling on every dollar. Ad spend runs under a monthly cap you approve.
- Jobs over vanity numbers. Reports show calls, texts, quotes and won jobs, not impressions.
- Honest about fit. If your numbers do not support a plan, we will say so on the first call.
- Month-to-month. No long contract: give 30 days' notice to stop, or choose annual billing for lower prices. See pricing.
We do not promise rankings, a set number of leads, or results by a date. Anyone who does is guessing.
How to reach us
Call, text or email. We keep Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific hours. We usually reply within one business day. The contact page lists what to include so the first conversation is useful, and the FAQ covers the questions owners usually ask first.
Frequently asked questions

Do you have a Burquitlam office?
No. We are headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and clients consult with us by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. We do not list a street address.
Do you do any trade work yourselves?
